     You mean if Joe tells fewer lies than Trump then that makes him OK?

   It’s hard to say, isn’t it? I mean ‘Joe’s’ clearly demented to the point that he can barely distinguish his wife from a fridge. To what extent can someone like that tell a conscious lie?

     Because the history of his lying predates his slide into senility….admittedly they have worsened and increased with his mental fragility but he has always lied but got away with it, astonishigly
